So open the 'Image' menu. Then click 'Mode' Make sure RGB is selected. When you save. Save it as a .jpg Look at the settings when you do this. You might have a setting selected like 'Working CMYK' or 'ICC profile' Make sure none are selected. These will change the colours of your saved image.
If you have your image as blue and don't have any other saved copy and want it back to green. Open it in photoshop then click the 'Image' menu. Go down and click on 'Adjust' You should see something in there called 'Hue/saturation?' Click on it and a window will appear. In the HUE section, slide the bar back and forth... you'll notice the colour will change to anything you want it! Make sure you save it like I mentioned above.
I think it's cause I saved it as .bmp that's why the colors changed. I thought .bmp would have the highest resolutiong, but guess I've just been proven wrong ><

A high quality JPG will work heaps better. BMPs can be up to 10 times bigger than JPGs anyway... (In terms of file size) so it's a mega pain for storage space and the visual quality these days isn't different at all.
Unless you use Microsoft Paint... that saves horridly low quality JPGs. (As if anyone uses that program in this day and age anyway ^^)
I used MS Paint. ><
I don't have photoshop on this computer, and I was really itching to do it after I found such a good screen cap, so...yah.
Maybe that explains why it looks like someone cute them out with a particularly bad pair of scissors, but the simplicity of the program by far outweighs the little imperfections.
